Dance

Dance may be just one word but it has so many different meanings, covers so many different styles from around the word that it's more than just a word.

The word dance is just as generic with so many possibilities as the word food or music. It can be argued that dancing is a part of what it means to be both human and alive.

History Of Dance

If you look back at history to a time way before the INTERNET, every culture and society had their own form of dance. Though the styles of dance differed what remained the same is each civilization independently developed their own form and idea of dance. I say independently because dance was around before different cultures where able to communicate or was even aware of each other when it was believed the world was flat.

Dance can be traced back 9 thousand years to a cave painting in India and has probably been around much longer than that.

That's how important dance is and how connected it is to being human that all over the world without communication or knowledge of each other people were still developing dance, that even now thousands of years later we are still dancing and coming up with new styles and techniques.

One of the reason dances have been around for so long is because not is dance very entertaining it has numerous benefits too. If you want to know more about the benefits of dance and why you should dance click here (link:)
